I'm Liam and I am passionate about assisting others in achieving their goals and reaching their full potential. We all want to live life to the fullest and given that you have found your way here, you probably recognise that looking after wellbeing can help achieve that.
Whether you are an individual living with anxiety & depression or are on a waiting list for counselling or are interested in your wellbeing or are an employer wanting to encourage support in your team, I will work with you to help you achieve your goals.
What I offer
Wellbeing Therapy, Reflective Practice & Peer Support Facilitation
Wellbeing Therapy provides you with a safe, confidential, understanding space in which you can explore your current wellbeing resources and develop new ones. The aim is for you to increase your self-awareness and resilience so you can bounce back from life's challenges when they arise. Sessions currently take place as walk-and-talk in the Southampton/New Forest and Reading areas (covid-19 dependent) or online.
Reflective Practice & Peer Support sessions allow groups of professionals a chance to develop their skills and offload any stresses in a supportive, non-judgemental and encouraging environment alongside their peers. The aim is for participants to increase confidence, improve resilience, foster a self-care mentality to reduce the risk of burnout, encourage a team culture of understanding and consider their work in new ways. Sessions currently take place online.
